In the early thirties of twentieth century, E Block in Cold Mountain Prison is the Dead Row, also known as the Green Mile because of the green linoleum on the floor.





The story is told by a guard, some criminals pass by the corridor, a coloured man accused of killing two little girls, an indian chaman, ..., and a mouse ...
